The COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges and obstacles for everyone as we learn to cope with the new normal. At Armour Addiction Services Inc. we are taking all necessary precautions to keep our clients and staff safe. We understand that during these difficult times addiction continues to impact our lives. We are committed to continuing services for clients with modifications to our programs that follow the health guidelines set by Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and The Province of British Columbia.

Armour Addiction Services Inc. has transitioned to a hybrid model where we offer services both virtually and in-person. Our physical office hours have been reduced and for everyone’s safety we encourage clients to partake in our virtual sessions. We understand online therapy does not suit everyone and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. In-person appointments are limited so please ensure you contact us, and we will do our best to schedule an appointment.

Our office is frequently cleaned and follows a strict sanitization procedure. We have installed physical barriers to reduce the transmission of airborne particles. Our groups follow social distancing measures and are limited to 6 clients per session. Clients and staff are required to wear a mask at all times while in our office.

We ask that our clients work with us and take precautions to keep everyone safe. Please wash your hands and use the provided hand sanitizer upon arrival of your appointment. If you do not have a mask there are masks available in the waiting room. If you are feeling ill, please notify us and DO NOT come to our office. We will arrange to meet virtually or reschedule for a later date.

Thank you for your understanding as we all try to stop the spread of COVID-19. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will continue to adapt as necessary. Please check back regularly for future updates. We hope everyone stays safe and we look forward to continuing to support you.

Yours in recovery,

Armour Addiction Services Inc. Staff
